Retaiv is a predictive revenue intelligence platform for B2B SaaS companies. We help customer success teams identify churn risk and expansion opportunities before they happen. The service is currently in pre-launch and accepting waitlist registrations.

By joining our waitlist you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Receive occasional emails about Retaiv’s development and launch
• Not share your early access credentials with unauthorized parties

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific launch date.

All content on retaivhq.com — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of Retaiv and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

You agree not to:

• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes via email. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable — the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Retaiv regarding use of our website.
